How to lower menu bar below the header?

Hi,

how do I make the menu panel appear underneath the header graphic ? I'm a tech idiot so I'd be super grateful for the exact steps I need to take. Here's the site:http://www.infinitypolls.com/ you can see it's appearing on the header itself...what do I do?
