How to Install to /var/www

First and foremost I’m a new user and really appreciate you guys working to automate my life.

How do I install to my main web space instead of a subdirectory? Should I install to a subdirectory then move everything? Is that approach safe for wordpress integrity?

Hi,
If you are using EasyEngine then use following tutorials for creating sites:

EasyEngine deafult web root path is:
/var/www/example.com/htdocs/

So you can put your site at that location.
