How do I setup email piping for help desk/ticket system tools

Hello everyone!

Does anyone know how to set up email piping to a script/program? Use case: help desk/ticket system

Unfortunately Vimbadmin doesn’t let me add a path as a target to forward an email address to. Here is how you’d set up email piping with cpanel for example: http://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/knowledgebase.php?article=57

Since I am not using cpanel and couldnt find any other info on how to set this up with vimbadmin and easy engine postfix stack or manually on the server, I was hoping that someone in this forum knows how to do this…
