I would like to setup a few sites on a simple multi server Wordpress setup on AWS. Any thoughts on how to accomplish this with ee?

Load Balancing handled by ELB, 2 identical servers running ee with /var/www data synced with S3FS or GlusterFS, RDS for the database. My issue is I would either have to sync the nginx configurations manually or run ee on both servers with the 2nd server being an HTML site.

You can follow this tutorial, you may do it either way although doing this using ee is recommended as it is optimal.
