I’m not sure if this is intentional, but as the title says, group admins and mods can’t delete an image from their media gallery. Say a user uploads an offensive image, the admin kicks and bans him from that group. His uploaded image remains in their media without a way to remove it.

Right now, only site admins and users who uploaded the media can delete that media.

This issues is fixed in the rtMedia v3.4.2. I would suggest you to update the rtMedia plugin and check for the same. Also if you face any other issues, please feel free to contact us. And thank you again for poiting out the issue.
