Hi Felipe,
You may need to override rtMedia template for that and edit them as per your requirement. For lightbox, you need to change media-single.php template. Check this document for more information -> https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/docs/developer/templating-system/
Regarding masonry, yes masonry style gallery layout is next milestone for rtMedia.
