Gallery Shortcode Error

Hi Again,

I am having issues when using gallery shortcode [rtmedia_gallery global=“true” context=“activity” media_type=“photo”]. Please see below:

When a user is Logged in:
Homepage - only shows 13 pictures uploaded my me
Gallery Page - shows 15 pictures

When a user is not logged in:
Homepage - Media Gallery
Oops !! There’s no media found for the request !!
Gallery Page - 15 pictures

Total Pictures - 29

Hi @shiela.kumar.5,

We accessed your website and we are able to see media files without logging in.

If it is possible can you please provide credentials for you website, need to debug it.
