Can you help me on how to create a widget that can search rtmedia-activity-text.

Hi Danny,

I am assuming that you have activity update text and want to search it across the BuddyPress tables.

Check this database diagram of BuddyPress tables -> http://codex.buddypress.org/developer/buddypress-database-diagram/, all the content are getting stored in content column of bp_activity table in which you can search the rtmedia-activity-text and you can categories only rtMedia update by checking type to rtmedia_update.
