I found a few threads and wanted to reply there but I always got this warning that the threads are older than a year so I am opening my own.
I am using a different plugin than Yoast to generate sitemaps so the rewrite rules for Yoast are breaking my sitemaps.
So I was going to comment out the lines in /etc/nginx/common/wpcommon.conf but then I read the top lines saying:
WordPress COMMON SETTINGS DO NOT MODIFY, ALL CHANGES LOST AFTER UPDATE EasyEngine (ee)
So how am I supposed to fix this if I am not using Yoast’s plugin?
Also, this seems to work after commenting those lines: http://knightsenglish.com/sitemap.xml but this one doesn’t: www.knightsenglish.com/sitemap.xml
