Fetch url on activity

I find that when i enter an url in the post form,there will be a preview of the link.That’s pretty good! But when i post the update,the preview image and title does not shown in the activity.I don’t know if it’s a bug or something else.Can you tell me how can i insert the preview image and title to the activity?

I just checked it on our demo site: http://demo.rtcamp.com/rtmedia and is working fine. Check below screenshot.

I suggest you to check it with WordPress default theme and with other plugins disabled. It might be a theme issue or some other plugin conflict.
