Facing issues with site migration on Ubuntu minimal

I installed ee on Ubuntu 14.04 minimal after installing the ca-certificates package.

However, I am trying to follow the guide at https://easyengine.io/docs/site-migration/ and when I come to step modifying the ee.conf file, it gives me an error saying error writing file. No such file or directory.

There is no easyengine directory in /etc

Please help.

Sorted. Instead of easyengine, the directory is ee.

Okay, another problem. I followed all the steps, but now get a 404 not found error when I point to the ip/domain.com - any hints on what I may have missed?
