Excerpt For Activity Stream (Urgent Help Needed)

Hi, I’ve posted a week a go a request for a Load More Button with a bug report, and I come again to ask desperately for help for an excerpt on the activity stream, what I want is that the text I write on the post shows complete but when it comes to show the attached Media its show an excerpt “Load Images” or Load More, please I don’t know how to solve this It’s only for the activity stream,
