Error update rtmedia pro 2.2

Hello guys !

I just updated rtmedia pro to 2.2 version but when I activate the plugin… => 500 error !!

Unfortunately, I'm on a hosted plan and can't access to the logs :(

So you are saying that you don't have SSH or FTP access to your site. Without that, we don't have a clue what's wrong with the update.

Sure, I have a ftp account :) Where do exactly do I have to search ?

We had updated plugin with bug fix. Please update rtMedia-PRO to version 2.2.1.
