Hi @williambize,

Please check with WordPress default theme and with other plugins disabled. If it has theme issue, try applying solution suggested here -> http://docs.rtcamp.com/rtmedia/developer/themes/templating-system/theme-media-tab/

We don’t know whether rtMedia is compatible with the theme you are using or not. We have make rtMedia compatible with WordPress default themes and is also works fine with most of the BuddyPress compatible themes. I don’t know why it has issue even after applying suggested solution -> http://docs.rtcamp.com/rtmedia/developer/themes/templating-system/theme-media-tab/

We don’t know why it’s not working with WordPress default theme and by disabling other plugins in your site as you said.

You can contact your theme developers regarding this issue.
