I tried installing rt media and when I click on “media” in the buddypress profile tab, the rt media tab doesnt follow the layout of the rest of the profile pages, and theres an error on top of the page. I guess its a css issue but Im not sure how to fix, please help.
You see there should be a navigation panel on the left for the rest of the profile tabs of buddypress, but when I click on media it all just disappears

It seems like your theme is not BuddyPress- / rtMedia- friendly, which is causing these issues.
You might have to modify your template files ( https://rtmedia.io/docs/developers/themes/templating-system/ ) to fix the Media Page. Please refer to this docoment for examples - https://rtmedia.io/docs/developers/customize-media-gallery-template/
