Easyengine Let's encrypt enabled site all CDN subdomains redirect to main domain

Today I enabled let’s encrypt via easyengine. Now let’s encrypt enabled sites all the CDN sub domains are 301 redirect to the main domain. Anyway to fix this matter?

I use cdn.net with Cloudflare (full Strict SSL).
