When I first installed Easy Engine on my Ubuntu droplet I used the wrong email address and now I can’t install wordpress via easy engine because I forgot what that email was, here is the error:

Oops Something went wrong !!
Calling cleanup actions …
Reload : nginx [OK]
Check logs for reason tail /var/log/ee/ee.log & Try Again!!!
I am not sure how to even check what that email is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
