Hi, i’ve downloaded before but apparently until today when i created it, the email address i used to purchase, didn’t have an account with the store? but now since i created it today, it doesn’t have my paid version of rtmedia pro on it for me to download.
I have my confirmation emails, license info and download link (that goes to a login page mentioned above) but i can’t get to the download. Please advise thanks.
