Download linkk not showing and video is not being uploaded

hi,

As stated in the the title, i am having 2 problems

  1. download link is not showing, the feature to let download the media is enabled. this problem wasnt their before.

  2. I am uploading the video in mp4 format, still videos r not being uploaded.

please help
