I do have 5 sites hosted in my server. But when I added a site later it redirects to one of the 5 sites. I have removed the site and re-installed. but it redirects to the same domain again.
Did you use sudo when creating the websites?
I had this issue when I was using simply ee site create xxx and when I used sudo ee site create xxx it worked out just fine for me
Perhaps you need check the nginx conf file for details
