I’m trying to get the domain http://øjenlaseroperation.dk to display a subinstallation my EasyEngine Multisite, but the “Welcome to nginx!” message is the only thing I see go to the URL
Any suggestions about what the issue can be?

sorry for this late reply,
you need to set this øjenlaseroperation.dk domain for server_name directive in your nginx virtual config located in /etc/nginx/sites-available/
