Document loading issue in lightbox

Hello,

I have uploaded PDF file for media type “Document”, but the uploaded file can not load in lightbox.

I have enabled the option for Google Docs for documents and files.

Is there any other settings that we need to enable, please help me to resolve the issue.

Hello Kavita,

Are you testing on live server or on local site?

We are using google docs viewer which will use live URL to display documents, so local site will not be able to display it.
