@jise - You are using a very old version of rtMedia. There is no templating system in that for you to override the ajax pagination.

Please update from – http://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-media/

Once you have updated to the latest version, you could make changes to the media-gallery.php and album-gallery.php and put your markup with a different class to stop the ajax pagination.
