Different proportion photos uploaded on Stream

Hello, I’m using RtMedia Pro to let user to upload photos directly on stream. One ugly thing i notice is that the preview thumbnail is always rectangular, also on vertical photos, giving some really ugly cuts for some photos. There’s a way to change this proportion and to make it works also for vertical images?

Hi Alessandro,
Please check image size in rtMedia admin setting. I think you had enabled cropping. Uncheck “Crop” option and it will load the full image of that size.

Please check it with a new activity update.
