Different Host for images only?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to have all images/videos uploaded by users hosted in a another host? or cdn or something like it? reason is that the website is hosted on a VPS with only 20gb hdd and I don’t want it to get full of images and videos, etc… I don’t mind paying for a hosting just for storage…

Any idea and recommendation will be appreciated!

Yes, you can use cdn service. rtMedia is compatible with that.

Thank you for you reply, after my research on CDN, it actually that won’t work, because cdn will just cache the images on their server and the page will serve those images but the original and cropped images will remain in the main host hdd… so that won’t work.

Would it be too hard to modify rtmedia to upload to a second host?
