Deleting photos

My rtMedia suddenly lost a needed functionality. My users need to be able to delete the photos they upload, either to a group or just to their individual page. They can no longer delete photos.

I tried this without rtMedia Pro and the problem remained.

some more details:

The link to delete has completely disappeared in the lightbox. I checked the dashboard to see if there is something I can troubleshoot, but there is not.
