When a comment is made on an image post from the activity stream, it does not appear in the lightbox. Verified on the demo site.
(Comments made from the lightbox appear on the activity stream though.)
This should have been posted as a BUG REPORT...
@jaemaz - I've changed the tag for it. Thanks for reporting it and sorry for the inconvenience.
I guess while implementing another feature this issue must have cropped up. This should get fixed in the upcoming releases.

This has been fixed on the rtMedia GitHub repo and should be available in the next release.
