When I click on the upload button nothing happens. I have been trying different things, like installing the default theme, flushing permalinks and other browser. But that didnot help.
It started with the upgrade to wordpress 4.0. My other site with an older version of wordpress works fine. I am using rtmedia with buddypress. Using other methods of uploading pictures also works fine.
What could be the problem?

Can you please tell, which version of rtMedia are you using ?
We have tested it on our side and the upload button working fine on our demo site also http://demo.rtcamp.com/rtmedia/. Please check by disabling other plugins one by one.
I tried unplugging all plugins but that didnot work. Last week it worked fine. I upgraded to wordpress 4.0 and suddenly it stopped working. I waited for the upgrade of rtmedia because I thought it was a bug, I upgraded but still nothing. This the debug info:
