Changes take time to be displayed

Hi there, i’m using EE without issue
I’ve got a problem, i think is caused by cache

If i submit change to theme, post or other things, i don’t see it online before long time
This doesn’t help if you are in the development phase, any hint?

This is cache issue.
You need to clear cache after changing the theme. For that you can use purge button availble on Wordpress top panel. Also EE installs custom clean.php under admin port (22222) which clears Nginx Cache.
Path for same is
