@jise - That would be a little out of scope for the help and support that we can provide to the community, but you could Google on how to create taxonomies for attachments -> https://www.google.com/search?q=create+taxonomy+for+attachments+wordpress , as that is what you would be looking to do here.
Once that is done you would need to figure a way to show them on the front end which could be done mostly by overriding the rtMedia templates -> http://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/docs/developer/templating-system/.
