Can't view .mov files on iphone 4

Hello everyone,

I’m having problems viewing .mov files on my site when browsing from my iphone (safari). The only issue I have is if I upload a video from my phone and try to view it, I can’t. The video player shows up but the play button is crossed out. All other videos will play on my phone and when I go on my site from a desktop (using chrome) I can view the videos I uploaded from my phone. Any ideas on what would cause this? It seems to be an issue with IOS or safari but I’m not sure.

We have tested by uploading some .mov files to check with iphone (safari), and they played well with it. You can check our demo site here -> http://demo.rtcamp.com/rtmedia/

I suggest you to check your site once with WordPress default theme and with other plugins disabled.
