On the Activity Stream, if I click the Delete button for "username created an album Wall Posts x minutes ago", I get a "page can't be loaded" error. If I try to delete this activity item in the WP admin, I get a blank page.

Deleting this activity is not recommended as this is how the album maintains functionality and further updates. That is why it doesn't happen.
