Cannot upload media via IE10

When I try to click "Attach Files" on my site using win8 and IE10 I get the following error (see attatchment):

If I try to write something before i click "Attach Files" it posts what I have written, no fileupload starts...

It Works perfectly trough Firefox...

@tinyd_78 - We could reproduce the same issue at our end. We are looking into this and will update you once this is fixed.

Is there a solution for the upload problem in IE in the meantime? I have the same issue :-(
