Cannot login to roundcube

i have installed mail package and all is clear. then i create 1 mailbox account in VimbAdmin. When i try to login via roundcube using email address as username and password that i type in vimbadmin as password is always failed.

how to resolf this? thanks

I have created the mailbox but it is not opening with my webmail. The account is active. I went to the roundcube db and didnt find any user in user table.

What could be the possible problem?
