Can RTMedia let me post a private photo to a single user?

Can RTMedia be configured to allow me to post or send media that I have uploaded to one specific user, so that only that user can see the photo(s) I have sent/posted?

Also, can these photos be moderated by admin before they can be viewed by the recipient?

That’s a shame :frowning: I wonder if there would be any interest in a plugin or feature that allows targeting of a single user?
