Can not update wpsubdir w3tc to wp basic

I’ve gone through and removed multisite from my main site and moved the other “sites” to their own separate installs, and would like to update my main site to use wpfc instead of w3tc.

Running the following command: ee site update domain.com --wp

outputs the following error: can not update wpsubdir w3tc to wp basic

I guess my main question is, where is the configuration file that is telling ee that my site is “wpsubdir w3tc” so I can modify the entry?

Ok, so I think I figured it out. Looks like I just needed to manually edit ee.db
