Can not receive e-mail but can send

Hello!

I installed mail using the following comman: ee stack install mail

I can create mailboxes, log in and send e-mail, but when I try to send e-mail to one of the mailboxes from my gmail then receive error message:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

 [email protected]

Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain webiq.lv by webiq.lv. [178.62.217.38].

The error that the other server returned was: 554 5.7.1 <info@…lv>: Relay access denied

It seems like your EMail ports are not open. Please refer open following port from your IP Tabales or firewall.

Also Check are you able to connet to mail server:
