[BUG] Permalinks in rtmedia (Free version)

For the last 4 plugin updates, every time I update rtMedia (Free version, not pro), if I dont re-save Permalinks, all the pages 404.

Updating all other plugins do not cause this problem – only rtMedia.

Just FYI, I’m sure you guys will figure it out. I am kinda curious why, though! :smile:

Hi @illusionsglass,

This is more looks like a plugin conflict or a theme issue to me. I have tried to reproduce the same on our testing site and also on demo site but couldn’t reproduce the same. Though we didn’t find anything regarding this issue, we will check it again and will fix it if found any.

I am also having this issue, updating rt media causes 404 errors on my pages. I’m using the Kleo theme. If anyone has any update or fix/suggestion, I’d appreciate it.

wp-admin->Settings->Permalinks

Just click Save, and then try reloading pages. That should work!
