BuddyPress Groups tab not working after update

Hi, I updated rtMediaPro the day before yesterday and the Media tab in my BuddyPress Groups is now showing a broken link. Please could you help urgently as no one can access the media libraries. Thank you

Have you tried to save permalink of WordPress as mentioned here https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/docs/troubleshooting/solve-404-page-not-found-error-media-tab-buddypress/
