B2W not redirecting to new post page url on wordpress

Hi there.
I have migrated my blog from Blogger to WordPress platform. now, after configuring B2W plugin, my old URL is not redirecting correctly.
Here is the New sample URL of random blog post: http://www.blog.testing-point.com/2013/06/top-10-ways-to-make-money-online/

Problem instance:
This post contains a link to older URL of another post (http://www.pctricksblog.com/2013/05/using-youtube-for-fun-and-earning-money.html) which is not redirecting correctly.

Also the new URL after redirection looks like - http://www.blog.testing-point.com/?b2w=http://www.pctricksblog.com/2013/05/using-youtube-for-fun-and-earning-money.html

Same way, other older links are not redirecting appropriately.
Please look into the matter and help me if possible.
