Autommatic's Nginx HTTP Concat plugin

Hi all,

As a great fan of WordPress on Nginx, with the Nginx Helper plugin and Easy Engine running on the server, this plugin on Github caught my eye:

My questions to the community:

  1. Is that an interesting addition to the mix? And if so, how best to integrate that when using EasyEngine, without messing with DO NOT MODIFY files?

  2. Does it still serve purpose when on HTTPS/2?

  3. Anyone have experience with that plugin or similar concatenation methods?
