Audio Player reverting to Download Box

Hi All, thanks in advance for any assitance. I’ve tried searching this issue…

My activity feed looks perfect, it plays well, every thing is fine.

Then, after a few seconds, this audio player does this;

Any Guidance avail?

This is the first load, how do i keep it like this and stop it from changing?

Could you please specify the file format you are trying to upload?

Also, once please check if this issue remains same with WordPress default theme and other plugins disabled.
