I have installed RT wordpress comments attachments (as well as Docs), and when I attempt to upload a file in a comment, nothing happens. When I tried switching themes to twenty-fifteen, I received an “oops! that page can’t be found”.
Any thoughts or assistance is appreciated.

I’m sorry, but I no longer have rtMedia installed. We had already hired someone to modify the site for us, as you told us you weren’t for hire.
