Attach File and Select File not working from Iphone

The “Attach File” and “Select File” buttons are not working from my Iphone. Prior to the update, it worked fine but after update it no longer does.

I also tried deactivating all other plugins except for RT media and Buddypress and still no resolve. The buttons are not active from an iphone or an i pad. This is crucial for my website as most picture and video uploads will come from a mobile device. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
