The rt media is not working on mobile devices such as windows or android. When i try to click “upload” on the media page nothing happens. Can you please helpm my website is www.new.fi

Could you please confirm if you get the same issue when other plugins except ( BuddyPress and rtMedia ) on your site have been disabled and any WordPress default theme is enabled?
