i was existing subscriber…i re installed the plugin and try to activate again but the api is not showing up…could you help me

i had activated this some months back with a theme kleo…now i changed my theme and now i started using it again the same theme kleo…but i didnt note the api key that time any way i get the api key back…
i am subscribed to free plan under audio and vido encoding…is ur free plan now removed…? or do i get all features of free plan without api key??//
anyhow its not generating for the exisiting users if removed and reinstalled ur plugin could u fix it out
