Any new Domain, or my public IP redirects to one of my websites

For some reason, my IP and any new domain I don’t make a website for but leads to my public IP will redirect to one of my websites, and that website isn’t even the newest one I’ve made.

What can I do? Is this a caching issue or is it a setting I can turn on and off?

This only happens when connecting to my Public IP or Local IP on the netword. I dont understand why it would redirect to this site specificaly
