I have opened two support tickets and tried to call on this, but have received no response. Please help. We have RTmedia pro. When a user goes to create an album, the dialogue presents itself as though an album has been created, but that album does not appear in the album list and is not available afterwards.

Can you tell me where and when you have created other support tickets and doesn’t get response? Can you please check it once with WordPress default theme and with other plugins disabled?
Hello, I created a support ticket on 20-October and 21-October through our site’s admin interface. It is not a Theme conflict. We are using KLEO from Theme Forest. We have not gone through the Plugin test. I have listed the debug info below:
