As of now, no. But with rtMedia, this is likely to change. We’ll be adding a few more filters and hooks.
If your social plugin works via manual template tags (like rtsocial), you’d be able to share the images.

@franz-alaan - You can get this done using the action after_rtmedia_action_buttons. You could use that hook to add social sharing buttons.
