It seems like a PHP error is thrown when there is only one video in a user’s media gallery:

We are not able to reproduce the same on our end but still we will look into it and fix if we found any. You can try to check with default theme and with other plugins disabled.

In this development phase I’m always running on default themes. I tried disabling my other plugins, but it didn’t help.

I don’t know if it’s the placebo effect or what, but 3.7.22 seems to have fixed the issue and I no longer get that error.
